Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

Because technical swimwear is so specialized, the fit is very different from training suits.  Please be sure to use the sizing guides for each brand before ordering. We're sure you will love your new technical suit, but in case you don't (either the wrong size or color) we'll be happy to exchange it or offer a refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

Please note for Team Pre-Orders, refund or exchanges on items (without Logos) are eligible within 14 days of the Team receiving the team order. This is to ensure the team order is completed in a timely manner and that all members of the team have the things they need for the season. Please contact us directly through sales@techsuits.ca and follow the "How to Return" process listed below.

Please note the following main exceptions:

  • Used Swimwear. Technical suits must be unworn, include all original packaging in its original condition with all tags intact.

  • Clearance Items. Due to the fact that these items are deeply discounted (even more than our regular everyday discount!), sale items are final sale only.

  • Team Logo Decorated Items. If an item is purchased with a Team Logo Decoration, it is not eligible for an exchanged or refunded.

How To Return:
In order to start the process, please complete the Techsuits Return Form and send it to sales@techsuits.ca. It contains details of how the item is returned to us and the information we need to review your request.

Please also let us know if you are looking for an exchange or refund.

Your order and request will be reviewed and responded to within 24 hours.  If your item is returnable, then we will provide further instruction on how to send the item back to us. Return shipping costs are not included in the services provided by Techsuits.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will issue a refund or ship out a new product.
